Ted lieser

Mr. Lieser is a Principal in Equity Community Builders with over 20 years in social-enviornmental-community real estate development. His commitment and passion for the environment and community fuel his focus on environmental sustainability and historic rehabilitation. Ted’s responsibilities include project evaluation, financial engineering and project guidance and management.

Ted earned his J.D. in 1995 from Golden Gate University School of Law, specializing in environmental law and policy, and his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He serves on the board of the California Heritage Council, and is a member of SPUR and ULI.
